Returns & Exchanges

Please carefully review our policy outlined below before initiating any return or exchange requests. To begin the process, click the link provided.

Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, after 60 days, we cannot process any refunds or exchanges.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including the packing slip with your order number. Please avoid excessive wrinkling, as this may lead to a denial of your return request. For hats, use the original packaging to prevent damage. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free from animal or human hair, and odors like smoke, cologne, or deodorant.

Returns may take up to 7 business days to process, especially following a product launch.

Please note: all sales of jewelry and backpacks are final unless the item is defective. For defective items, contact us at info@ironministry.ca with your order number.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Denied returns will be sent back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. It may take up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email notification once it’s processed. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and include your exchange instructions and order number. Exchanges are not available for out-of-stock items, which will be refunded instead. Exchange requests are processed upon receipt of the return package. Products for exchange are not reserved until the returned items are in transit to us, and they may become unavailable if sold out. Please do not combine separate exchange orders in one return package, as this may affect processing. Contact support for assistance with damaged items.

Additional Notes

  • Final sale/clearance items, jewelry, and backpacks are not eligible for returns.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered, but eligible exchange shipping costs are covered.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 60 days.

Defects/Damaged or Incorrect Item Received

Please inspect your items upon receipt. Report any defects within 60 days of delivery for a replacement. Claims beyond this period will be considered as wear and tear and cannot be replaced. If there’s a mistake with your order, contact us at info@ironministry.ca.
